The free trial is the Chains plan: everything, including branches. Changing plan never deletes anything — screens a plan doesn't include come back with your data on upgrade.
Do I need to install anything?
No. It runs in the browser on any computer, tablet or phone, and can be added to the phone's home screen like an app.
How long does it take to get started?
Most businesses are booking and billing the same day. A guided setup walks you through your details, prices, team and booking link — starter services for your type of business are already filled in.
Is there a setup fee or a long contract?
No setup fee. Plans are monthly, with an optional yearly plan that gives you 2 months free. Onboarding help and data migration are available if you want them.
What happens when the trial ends?
Choose a plan and keep going with everything you set up. If you don't, the account pauses — nothing is deleted.
What happens if the internet goes down?
The app keeps working on that computer and saves your changes. They sync to everyone else as soon as the connection is back.
Are the bills GST-compliant?
Yes. Every bill shows your GSTIN, HSN/SAC codes and the CGST/SGST or IGST split. Medical consultations can be billed as GST-exempt and cosmetic services at 18%, and you get GSTR summaries and e-Invoice JSON for your accountant.
Can my clients book online?
Yes. You get your own booking page to share on Instagram, Google and WhatsApp. It only offers free slots — it knows about rooms, machines, breaks and leave — and yoga studios can let members book a seat in a class.
How does client feedback work?
After a visit, one tap sends the client a link on WhatsApp. They give stars, say how likely they are to recommend you (0–10) and what to improve. You see your NPS by doctor and service, and unhappy answers go straight to the owner.
Can I control what each staff member sees?
Yes. Each person has their own login and role — reception, doctor, stylist, therapist, accounts or owner — and only sees the screens their role needs. Revenue and payroll stay with the owner.
Will I know if staff delete bills or give big discounts?
Yes. The Owner view has a Watch list of risky actions — deleted bills, refunds, big discounts, reopened days, data downloads — with who did it and when. You can get them by email within the hour.
Is my data safe and private?
Each business has its own separate account and web address. Backups run every hour while you work, integration keys are stored encrypted, every change is recorded in an audit log, and you can download all your data at any time.
Can I take my data out if I leave?
Yes. Your clients, bills and records are yours. You can export them whenever you like, and we never lock your data in.
I have more than one branch. Does it work for me?
Yes — the Chains plan gives you one shared client list across branches, with each branch's own GSTIN, bill series, stock and staff. Owners can see each branch or all of them together.
Does the WhatsApp feature cost extra?
Messages are sent from your own WhatsApp Business number, so clients see your name. Meta charges a small fee per message for reminders and offers (replies to a client who messaged you in the last 24 hours are free); we help you connect it.
Can I use my own logo, colours and domain?
Yes. Your logo, name and brand colour appear on every screen, bill, payslip and your online booking page. On the Chains plan you can also use your own domain — we set it up with you.
Will you train my team?
Yes. We walk your team through booking, billing and reminders on a call (in Hindi or English), and help is a WhatsApp message away after that.
